3 Must Do Exercises For A Better Body

Fitness and designing fun workouts has been a passion of mine since I was in my early 20's.  

If there were only 3 exercises in the whole world, the 3 I would want around, and recommend, would be

-the Row,

-the Squat and

-the Chest Height Swing. 

Using different weights, speed, reps, time you can create an infinite number of workouts that don't take up a lot of room and can literally be done anywhere, by everyone.  They work the whole body, build strength and muscles.  And guess what? The more muscle you have the more calories you burn. WooHoo!
