Simple Breakfast Porridge

Serves 1

1/4 cup gluten free oats or quinoa flakes 1 cup water
1/8 cup dairy free milk, optional

optional toppings:
Sliced almonds, toasted
Chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted 1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Chopped apples
Cacao nibs  Coconut flakes    Hemp Seeds                                                                    Cinnamon

Cook the oats or quinoa flakes according to directions in water. Once ready, add some dairy free milk to desired consistency. Add desired toppings.
