This recipe is from my Autoimmune Protocol Program

Serves 4

1-pound ground beef
1 tablespoon garlic powder
sea salt, to taste
4 large sweet potatoes, sliced into wedges
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons tallow cooking fat, divided
1 small purple cabbage
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1⁄2 cup Lemon Dill Dressing (recipe in Dressings)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Add ground beef, garlic powder, and sea salt to a large mixing bowl. Mix until all the spices are incorporated. Set to the side in the refrigerator until ready to cook.

Add sweet potato wedges to a large mixing bowl. Season with cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of cooking fat, and sea salt. Roast for about 20 minutes. Turn each wedge over, then bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set to the side to cool.

Next, add 1 tablespoon cooking fat to a large sauteฬ pan. Take the ground beef and form into 4 patties. Fry each patty for about 5 minutes per side until the meat is cooked all the way through. Set each patty on a plate to cool until ready to serve.

Serve each burger patty between 2 purple cabbage leaves. Top with sliced cucumber, onion, and Lemon Dill Dressing. Serve alongside sweet potato wedges.
