An alternative to dairy mashed

Ingredients:

5 pounds red skins cubed, leave the skins on and cook until fork tender.

Once cooked, mash the potatoes and add 2-4 TBLS butter/ghee and 1/4 cup chicken bone broth(or just enough to make the potatoes creamy).  You can leave out the ghee entirely and just use the bone broth, whichever you prefer.  My family likes them either way-but butter always makes things better.

Season with salt, garlic powder, and parsley.

That's it

These potatoes will be the consistency of wall paper paste, but they will be delicious-at least that is what my family says!
