Overnight Nectarine Oats

Save time in the morning, especially for the kids.

My kids love making these with me because they can pick their own flavors.

What you will need

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 a nectarine chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Place all ingredients in a mason jar, mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.  They are much better overnight.
