Peanut Butter Protein Fluff

A Delicious treat or after workout snack.  Satisfy cravings and your love for peanut butter.  This recipe makes 2 servings.

What you need:

  • 1 cup (250g) full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter. **
  • 1-2 tsp. surkin gold or monk fruit.  
  • favorite garnish (banana, granola, blueberries)

Instructions:

Add the yoghurt, nut butter and stevia into a small mixing bowl and whisk together using a hand mixer, until fluffy.

 

Transfer the mix into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings to serve.

•••Use organic nut butter only. No additives like oil or sugar.  We love Smuckers peanut butter in my house, or we use any organic almond only butter.
