Roasted Chick Peas

What a delicious and nutritious treat.  The problem is they are gone to quickly with a family of 5 and only using 1 can.

Ingredients

  • 1 can organic chick peas
  • 1-2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • or use whatever spices you would like

Cook for 20-25 minutes or until nice and golden brown in a preheated oven at 425.
